
So, whenever you open my fridge, you will find celery. I use it raw (mostly), I use it in soups, I use it in my juices and I use it to snack on. Celery is one of my favorite vegetables, why? because, aside from it taking more calories to chew and digest than it gives you (great for assisting in weight control), it is also one of natures natural pain killers! Celery is a natural anti inflammatory, especially for the brain and is therefore great for migraines. I would suggest a potent juice made from several sticks and for added effect, pop in a few cherries (also good for pain). Put them in your juicer and drink at the first sign of pain.
