
When is the best time to weigh yourself?
Recent studies by Cornell University, have shown that Friday is the best day to weigh yourself...NOT Monday! The reasoning is obvious: For those that overindulge on the weekend, weighing on a Monday, can seem like 'hard work undone'. However, if you weigh on a Friday, you are more likely to see 'progress', before your weekend of indulgence starts. The other key factor, is that their studies have also shown, that all the positive efforts that have been made during the week, far outweigh the weekend 'splurge' (should you feel the need for one) and therefore, you are more likely to lose weight, if you focus on what you eat during the week. So step away from the scales and don't beat yourself up, if you do overindulge on occasion.
