Water Is a Way Of Life

We all know the importance the water and how much we 'should' be drinking each day, but often, by the time you are thirsty, your body is already dehydrated and long overdue a drink. A better daily guide, to monitoring your water intake, could be your urine...or at least its colour.

Minus a few waste products, your urine is roughly 96% water and contrary to popular belief, it should not be 'colourless' or 'clear'. It should in fact, be a pale yellow colour. The idea being, that if you were to put your urine in a clear glass (not literally), you should be able to see through your urine (and the glass), to read a piece of text!

So get sipping and try not to drink your daily allowance, all in one sitting. It will help, if you don't wait until you are thirsty, before grabbing a drink of clean water. Your body will thank you for it.
