
At any given point, when starting a new health and fitness regime, it is common to start feeling defeated, unmotivated and restless. This is partly due to the changing chemical and hormonal changes taking place in the changing body and partly due to personal issues.
According to Dr. Sebi, one of the main causes of disease and ill health in humans, is 'negative and suppressed emotions'. These tend to manifest and fester in the body, if they are not released or addressed...in turn, making the body processes, including the brain, function inadequately...leading to ill health. So however you are feeling, talk it through with someone you trust and someone who understands what you are going through. If you cannot do that, then a physical activity, that gets your heart racing (safely), can help, by allowing your body to release it energy positively and externally. Getting lots of fresh air and plenty of water, will also help to 'dislodge' these emotions.
